Exam Grid stores account details, school and center records, student records, exam setup data, uploaded answer pages, marking decisions, review notes, reports, and audit activity needed to run the assessment workflow.
How data is used
Data is used to provide role-based exam administration, invigilation, upload verification, marking, review, reporting, support, and platform security.
Student and assessment data is not sold. Access is limited by organization, school, and user role inside the application.

Exam Grid is designed around separated organization workspaces, authenticated access, role-based permissions, and audit logs for sensitive platform actions.
School administrators should contact support for data access, correction, retention, or deletion requests.
